You will be working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday between 8:30-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
* Project management.
* Collaborating with partners requests and provide necessary information verbally and in writing.
* Providing reports utilising Microsoft excel including v-look ups and pivot tables.
* Updating all relevant systems and ensuring all information is correct.
* Conducting thorough investigations into customer accounts when required.
* Ensuring accurate data entry and setup of customer accounts and payment details during contract processing.

* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
* Problem-solving skills to efficiently address inquiries and resolve issues.
