I am currently recruiting on behalf of a client who are creating exceptional cars that blend British elegance with ferocious intelligence to forge a new legacy, forever. They are looking for a Senior Engineer - Vehicle Dynamics - Tyre Specialist to join their team on a long term rolling contract basis working 42 hours per week
Accountable for Tyre and effects on Vehicle level performance across the platform.
Responsible for Tire Targets, CAE models development, Physical tuning activity and Supplier management
To Plan Tire CAE and Testing within the program milestones
Proactive collaboration with Program Leads and CAE/Performance engineers is key for success in the role
High CAE Tire models knowledge and their MBS analysis integration
High knowledge of Tire Testing and performance tuning
Good understanding of Customer Subjective Perception from Objective Performance data
