Location: London / UK-wide (Hybrid)
Experience: 6–12 years
Responsibilities:
* Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and design scalable ServiceNow solutions.
* Implement modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, GRC, SecOps.
* Define business processes aligned to ITIL/Agile frameworks.
* Provide documentation, demos, and end-user training.
* Engage with stakeholders across enterprise and public sector clients.
Requirements:
* 6+ years in ServiceNow consulting & implementation.
* Hands-on in multiple modules beyond ITSM (at least 3 modules).
* Strong ITIL/Agile knowledge.
* UK public sector security clearance (BPSS/SC/DV) a big plus.
* Certifications: CSA, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM), ITIL v4 (mandatory).
