Our Client is a leader in the supply of critical HVAC ancillary items such as valves & fittings. They now need to identify a Technical Manager to ensure that all technical risks, product issues, claims, compliance matters, and quality investigations are managed with authority, rigour, consistency, and strong process discipline.
This role (office based) is the technical governance and quality lead for the business, owning the end‑to‑end technical issue and compliance workflow and acting as the final technical authority where required. In essence, the job holder will take responsibility for the following areas:
* Product issues & claims management
* Quality & compliance
* Technical Governance
* Technical issue triage & resolution
* Supplier technical liason
We are looking to speak with people with strong technical HVAC grounding & credibility with a high attention to detail along with a confidence when acting as the final technical authority within the business.
The salary on offer us up to £70K (DOE) with a group bonus scheme and all the usual benefits you would expect from a stable and well-respected industry name.
