Job Description
Self-employed partner opportunity | Commission-based | Not a salaried job
We’re expanding One Vision Partners and looking for motivated, driven people who want an opportunity — not a traditional job.
This is a self-employed, performance-based partner role where you build your own customer base with the backing of a major British PLC, supported by mentoring, training, and proven systems. It’s ideal if you want flexibility around family or other work commitments, and you’re willing to take ownership of your results.
What you’ll be doing!
You’ll grow your business through warm referrals and everyday networking, helping households reduce costs and simplify their services. Typical activities include:
* Speaking to people you already know and generating referrals
* Booking appointments and running simple consultations
* Networking (online and in-person) and attending local events
* Using social media to start conversations and create leads
* Building a customer base you earn from long-term
How you get paid.
This is commission-only, with bonuses for new customers and the ability to build a residual income stream as your customer base grows. Many people start part-time and scale over time.
Support & mentoring.
You won’t be left to figure it out yourself. You’ll be supported with:
* A personal mentor (experienced partner and business builder)
* Training and coaching on how to generate leads and build consistently
* Scripts, systems and a team environment that supports growth
This opportunity IS for you if:
You’re motivated, coachable and action-oriented
You want to build an additional (or primary) income stream
You’re comfortable speaking with people and building relationships
You take responsibility and can work independently
This opportunity is NOT for you if:
You need a fixed salary/hourly pay
You want to be managed day-to-day
You’re “just curious” and not ready to take action
You’re not prepared to put consistent effort in
Requirements
* UK-based applicants
* Must be eligible to be self-employed in the UK (not open to those on a student visa)
* Reliable internet access and willingness to learn
