Join our team at Legal & General as a Client Documentation and Data Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring seamless documentation and data processes for our PMC fund clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively across departments, contribute to onboarding success, and help shape the future of our client experience. This hybrid role attracts a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.What you'll be doing:
1. Delivering outstanding client service across documentation and data management
2. Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to support client onboarding
3. Developing a deep understanding of client business models and servicing needs
4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Asset Management products and policies
5. Ensuring compliance with Financial Crime regulations and internal policies
6. Evaluating and improving processes to enhance client service delivery
7. Supporting team members with workload fluctuations and shared tasks
8. Contributing to good customer outcomes in line with Consumer Duty principles
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
9. Proven experience in client service with a customer-first mindset
10. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
11. Ability to build and maintain productive relationships across teams
12. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
13. Knowledge of Asset Management products and legal agreements
14. Familiarity with Financial Crime regulations and compliance standards
15. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and related systems
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
