Commercial Property Solicitor
Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm in Liverpool, is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded lawyer who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role
Working from the firm’s Liverpool office, you will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
* Sales and acquisitions
* Development agreements
* Drafting and negotiating leases
* Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
* Experience handling Section 25 Notices would be advantageous, though not essential.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a solicitor who can demonstrate:
* Strong organisational skills and efficiency
* Solid technical ability with sound commercial awareness
* Confidence in analysing risk and delivering practical, commercial solutions
* A commitment to exceptional client care
* A good understanding of source-of-funds checks and AML requirements
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines
* A collaborative approach and an appreciation for office-based teamwork
* Permanent, full-time (35 hours) – part-time considered initially
* Market-rate salary
* Experience: 3+ PQE (strong applicants outside this range will be considered)
