Are you a digital-savvy communicator with a passion for creative content and data-driven marketing? We’re looking for proactive, organised Marketing & Communications Executives to help shape how the college is perceived by its key stakeholders. If you’ve got a sharp eye for content, a knack for analysing data, and the confidence to manage multi-channel campaigns — this could be your next move.
You’ll be part of a fast-paced, creative team working across the full marketing mix, with a strong focus on improving and creating content for our websites and digital platforms.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Creating and improving website content to support recruitment and engagement
2. Using analytics tools to track performance and optimise campaigns
3. Writing creative copy for web, email and print
4. Supporting paid and organic social media campaigns
5. Helping plan and deliver digital and in-person events
6. Contribute to video and email marketing campaigns
What we’re looking for:
7. Strong writing skills and attention to detail
8. Confidence to create content for web
9. A collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects
10. A can-do approach to work
Bonus points if you’ve:
11. Used GA4, Microsoft Clarity or similar tools to report on campaign success
12. Managed or improved website content for SEO and user experience
13. Worked on student recruitment or education-focused campaigns

We have two full time roles available. The successful candidate will need to be able to travel to all college campuses and community events.
