You will play a defining role in expanding the firm’s regional footprint, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across the UK and internationally, and using this platform to progress toward partnership or a long-term leadership position.
What you’ll do
You will take ownership of the regional Energy and Infrastructure deal advisory strategy, building strong client relationships across Scotland, Northern England and the Midlands. You will lead origination efforts, develop proposals, convert opportunities and act as a key point of contact for major clients and internal stakeholders.
You will manage and deliver complex M&A and advisory assignments, overseeing teams to ensure high-quality execution across modelling, valuation, transaction support and strategic advisory work. Working alongside colleagues across tax, transaction services and broader advisory teams, you will deliver fully integrated solutions to clients.
You will also build your external profile through thought leadership, marketing activity and industry engagement, while strengthening internal collaboration across geographies and service lines. Alongside this, you will mentor and develop talent, shaping both technical capability and commercial mindset within the team.
What you’ll need
• Significant experience advising within the energy and infrastructure sector
• A strong personal network and proven ability to generate and convert new business
• Track record of leading complex transactions and senior client relationships
• Commercially driven with strong strategic and execution capability
• Experience building, leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong presentation, communication and project management skills
• Solid understanding of risk, governance and engagement processes within a professional services environment
• Relevant accounting or finance qualifications are advantageous but not essential
