As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you’ll be the key link between sales, supply chain and manufacturing — ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently and on time.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain detailed production schedules across multiple print and packaging lines.
Balance customer deadlines with machine capacity, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
Monitor live jobs, adapt to changing priorities and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Work closely with procurement and sales to ensure materials and stock levels align with customer demand.
Spot opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste and increase productivity.What you’ll need
Proven experience in production planning — within print or packaging.
Strong understanding of scheduling systems/ERP/MRP tools.
Calm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Sharp attention to detail, great organisation and clear communication.
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Why join
