A dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant is needed to support children with a range of special needs including ASD, PMLD, Complex Needs and challenging behaviour. The right candidate must have experience working alongside people with SEND (adults or children) in some capacity. Key Details: - Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 3:30. - Provide 1:1 support to students in EYFS, Key Stage 1, 2, 3 or 4. - Utilise strategies to effectively manage and support children with a range of SEND. Requirements: - Experience working with people (adults or children) with SEND. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to provide tailored support in a 1:1 or small-group capacity. - Ability to provide personal care.
