Supervising Family Law SolicitorSalary: £60,000 – £80,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Role OverviewThis role involves managing a varied caseload of family law matters while supervising and supporting junior team members. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality legal services, particularly in legally aided matters, while ensuring strong client care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality client care to vulnerable individuals and families
* Manage a caseload including non-molestation orders, Child Arrangements Orders, divorce, and private children matters
* Prepare legal documentation such as court applications, witness statements, bundles, and briefs for counsel
* Manage files efficiently using the Leap case management system
* Attend client meetings, conferences, and liaise with counsel
* Advise clients and progress cases with courts and relevant professionals
* Manage Legal Aid applications via CCMS, ensuring compliance
* Meet or exceed billing targets and contribute to financial performance
* Supervise and support paralegals and administrative staff
* Adapt to additional responsibilities in line with business needs
Essential Skills & Experience
* Qualified Solicitor with appropriate supervisory accreditation
* Experience working with Legal Aid and CCMS
* Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
* Confident using IT systems and legal software
* Excellent drafting, communication, and client care skills
