How you'll make an impact Assisting senior claims handlers Conducting initial investigations, gathering relevant information, and preparing claim files Customer Service - Liaising with clients, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to acquire vital documentation and information Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and related activities Providing administrative support to the claims team, including filing, scanning, and data entry Assisting with office duties as required About you Ability to work proactively and efficiently Ability to provide phenomenal customer service Attention to detail Demonstrable self-motivation and initiative. Ability to work independently, but within a defined structure and to work effectively with Peers and Managers.
