As Director of Revenue Growth Management, you will be responsible for leading and driving the RGM strategy with the support of your RGM Manager. Collaborating at Group level with our bottling partners as well as Monster’s local commercial teams and their bottler RGM counterparts you will develop the strategies and plans necessary to meet the organization’s revenue growth deliverables. Through your collaborative and influential approach, your focus will be on optimizing Monster’s commercial spend and utilizing Monster’s data sources to harvest insight and influence the pricing and promotional actions needed to drive business results, while adhering to the commercial strategy. This will require both excellent analytical/financial skills and strong collaboration with other functions including Sales, Category and Finance to optimize our commercial price strategy, price pack architecture and trade spend.
