We are looking for a talented and passionate Barback to join the fantastic Alba team.
Located near Harrods, Alba Restaurant embodies authentic Italian hospitality with a modern twist. Our inviting interiors mirror the vibrant colours of the Amalfi Coast, creating a sensory dining experience. From our impressive open kitchen featuring fresh seafood to indulgent dishes with Piedmont Truffles, every meal is crafted with care. Support the Bar Team and ensure the bar is well-stocked with liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies, including refilling ice bins and maintaining a tidy back bar area. Keep the bar clean by maintaining counters, sinks, coolers, and equipment, and assist with washing glassware, wiping surfaces, and managing trash and recycling.
