Overview
This Graduate role supports the development and scale-up of drug products at Almac. You will work alongside experienced scientists to help deliver medicines that improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Support the development and scale-up of pharmaceutical drug products across dosage forms, including tablets, capsules, sachets, liquids, creams and ointments.
* Assist formulation development scientists in overseeing the development of all aspects of processes used in the manufacture of new and existing drug products.
* Participate in the planning and execution of projects, contributing to problem solving and improvement initiatives.
What you'll learn and develop
* Hands-on experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing of new and existing drug products.
* Development of practical problem solving skills in relation to ongoing and new projects.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Pharmacy, Chemical/Process Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
* Practical experience or theoretical knowledge of drug product manufacturing techniques (blending, granulation, tablet compression) from industry or academic modules.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work on your own initiative while contributing within a team environment.
