Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a responsive Property Repairs Team, ensuring performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Manage the delivery of repairs and voids services across all tenures in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
*
Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and value for money through service planning and performance benchmarking.
*
Champion health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations.
*
Ensure high levels of customer service, resolving complaints and embedding a lessons-learned culture.
*
Oversee budget management and financial planning, including forecasting and cost control.
*
Ensure regulatory compliance with standards such as the Decent Homes Standard and Social Housing Consumer Standards.
*
Monitor and manage risk, implementing mitigation strategies.
*
Support procurement, manage contracts, and maintain asset integrity.
*
Deliver reports and provide assurance to senior stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
*
Proven leadership experience in property repairs or housing maintenance.
*
Strong knowledge of housing compliance, health & safety, and performance management.
*
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
