Overview
Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is hiring a Learning Support Manager to lead the SEND team at Gloucestershire Colleges Cinderford campus. This key role involves overseeing a wide range of support services for learners with SEND, including EHCP management, in-class and out-of-class support, mentoring, assistive technology, and exam access arrangements. The manager will ensure high-quality provision through effective team leadership, robust assessments, personalised support plans, and collaboration with staff, families, and external professionals.
