Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in administrative tasks, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing various administrative duties, coordinating project activities, and maintaining effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and team members.
* Maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
* Manage data entry tasks and maintain databases using Microsoft Office
* Handle phone communications with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Organise project files and ensure easy access to information for team members.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Qualifications
* Proven office experience with a focus on administrative duties.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
* Experience with Project Management Software is highly desirable but not essential as training will begiven.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation.
* Strong clerical experience with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
