Overview
We are looking for an experienced RVN to join our friendly and cohesive team. You will work closely with the rest of our clinical and support team in promoting high standards of client and patient care.
Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, varied nursing position where you’ll be involved in all areas of patient care. You’ll work across our surgeries in Abingdon, Didcot, Wallingford, and Wantage, supporting a range of clinical activities including anaesthesia, radiology, ultrasonography, inpatient care, and general nursing duties. The role includes laboratory work using our in-house diagnostics equipment, and you’ll be an integral part of maintaining high standards of patient and client care.
Your Schedule
You’ll work a 40-hour week across 5 days, with 8-hour shifts. Weekends and bank holidays are worked on a shared rota basis, with time off in lieu provided. There’s no out-of-hours requirement, as we have a dedicated night team covering this service. Part-time applications will be considered.

We also serve as a 24-hour emergency care provider and have a dedicated night team to ensure continuous patient support. Our current team includes 9 vets, 8 RVNs, 3 student nurses, 2 animal nursing assistants, 8 receptionists, and a friendly admin team.
