If you have a passion for customer satisfaction and a desire to inspire, this is your chance to make a lasting impact! ​ ROLE OVERVIEW We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Tutor Assessor to join our team in Coleraine and Ballycastle. ​ As a Customer Service Tutor you will be at the forefront of shaping the next generation of service professionals. Your role involves inspiring and guiding students in the art of providing exceptional customer service. Crafting comprehensive lesson plans, you will cover crucial aspects such as communication skills, problem-solving, and customer engagement, ensuring students develop the skills necessary for success in diverse service environments. ​ Leveraging your proven expertise in customer service, you will share industry insights and real-world examples, preparing students to excel in their roles. Fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment, your duties extend beyond teaching to encourage empathy and excellence in customer service, instilling in students the qualities required for delivering unparalleled service experiences. ​ The successful candidate will deliver up to Level 2 and 3 Diploma in Customer Service to students studying on the ApprenticeshipsNI and Skills for Life and Work training programmes. The qualifications are designed for students working, or inspiring to work, in the Customer Service Industry. Units include; principles of customer service, communication, exceeding customer expectations, and resolving customer complaints. ​ The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the Customer Service; and possess the motivation and commitment to see our students succeed on their programme of study. Ideally, they will have good mentoring skills and sound knowledge of working with awarding bodies and delivering qualifications. ​ ABOUT US: Rutledge Training is one of the leading private training providers in NI; with a branch network of 17 locations.
