This team plays a vital role in safeguarding children by working collaboratively with various agencies to assess and respond to safeguarding concerns. Your new role Conduct thorough assessments of safeguarding referrals. Collaborate with partner agencies (e.g., police, health services, social care) to gather and share information. Make informed decisions on the level of risk and appropriate interventions. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all cases. Participate in multi-agency meetings and contribute to the development of safeguarding plans. Provide expert advice and support to colleagues and partner agencies. What you'll need to succeed Qualified Social Worker with SWE Registration. Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work and communicate effectively with families and professionals in a timely way. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
