What you will be doing...
* Support the Sales Manager in leading and motivating the team
* Help plan and execute marketing campaigns to maximise leads
* Oversee customer appointments, park tours, and handovers
* Act as a key contact for customer queries and ensure timely responses
* Maintain accurate documentation, CRM records, and stock listings
* Analyse sales data and gather feedback to improve performance
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safeguarding, and health & safety

* Strong customer service and sales skills
* Business and financial acumen
* Experience supporting or leading successful sales teams
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
