You can be based anywhere in the UK as the role will require travel to
client sites across the UK
Do you come from a construction project management background, ideally with
experience in commercial fit-out related projects and are looking for an
autonomous role within an ambitious and forward-thinking company.
In this role you will project manage a range of commercial fit-out projects
within a growing company who are passionate about continued employee
investment.
The company are a specialist in their industry and work with blue chip
clients across the UK on a range of refurbishment/fit out projects primarily
for clients across industries like hotels, student accommodation, offices
and more.
This role would suit an experienced project manager ideally with some
refurbishment/fit-out projects experience looking for a long-term permanent
position.
The Role:
* Project managing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from
concept to completion to ensure they are completed both within budget and
time.
* Further duties of the role will include but are not limited to; Lead
teams, H&S, Compliance, budgets, people management, operations, continuous
improvement and much more.
* Working on projects across the UK so you will be required to travel
and stay away
* Working on projects for a range of commercial clients across the UK
* Occasional travel to company offices in either; Bristol, Milton
Keynes, County Durham or Essex.
* Long-term permanent position
The Person:
* Previous experience in a similar level role
* Construction management background
* Any experience in fit-out/refurbishments will be considered
beneficial
* Happy to travel and stay as required
* Driving license
* Looking for a long term permanent position
