Skills & Experience
* Previous experience within a Service Manager or leadership role in Health & Social Care
* Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of safeguarding, compliance and person-centred care practices
* Experience leading teams within supported living, residential or complex care environments
* Compassionate and proactive approach with a passion for supporting vulnerable adults
* Ability to manage challenging situations positively and professionally
Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead and manage supported living services, ensuring safe and person-centred care delivery
* Manage, mentor and develop Support Workers and wider care teams
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, CQC standards and legislative requirements
* Develop support plans, risk assessments and care packages tailored to individual needs
* Build relationships with families, external professionals and stakeholders
* Monitor service performance, staffing levels and operational KPIs
* Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing staff development initiatives
