Base: £75,000 + Uncapped OTE (£250k+ realistic earnings)

They want hunters, not gatherers. People who know how to find, shape, and close £1M+ deals in enterprise environments — and ideally, already speak fluent Microsoft. If you've come from a Microsoft Partner and know the stack inside out (Azure, M365, Security, Power Platform, Dynamics), you're already ahead of the game.
What You’ll Be Doing:
FIND
* Create pipeline and opportunity through smart prospecting, partner engagement, and warm leads from their high-performing marketing engine.
* Pinpoint and pursue net-new enterprise accounts within industries like financial services, retail, manufacturing, health, and professional services.
WIN
* Own the entire sales cycle - from first contact to final signature.
* Collaborate closely with internal solution architects, delivery leads, and Microsoft to shape high-value solutions that solve real business pain.
* Use tools like MEDDPICC and structured CRM processes to run deals like a pro.
GROW
* Expand and deepen relationships in named accounts — you're not just landing, you’re expanding.
* Lead account planning, executive engagement, and cross-sell strategy with key verticals in mind.
* Build strategic partnerships with Microsoft, AWS, and other ecosystem players to maximise commercial value.
What You Bring:
* A proven track record of closing £1M+ cloud or digital transformation deals into commercial enterprise environments.
* Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem — ideally from time spent within a Microsoft Partner.
* Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence C-level decision-makers.
* Experience working closely with both internal delivery teams and external tech partners.
* Consultative, strategic, and confident — with energy that inspires trust and drives action.
* Knowledge of key verticals (e.g. retail, manufacturing, financial services) and the ability to sell into their specific business challenges is a major bonus.
