If you're highly organised and detail‑oriented, with previous experience in a similar role on the supplier or retail side, this could be the perfect next step for you! Ladieswear experience essential; menswear or childrenswear experience advantageous but not essential.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
* Work closely with the Design Manager to develop product ranges across multiple apparel categories.
* Research emerging trends and adapt them for our customer end use, with a fresh and modern eye.
* Creating tech packs ensuring technical details are accurate.
* Communicate with factories and manage workload within deadlines.
* Build customer relationships and manage expectations.
* Support in essential design admin to keep projects running smoothly.
Person Specification
* Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, with the ability to create garment CADs.
* Knowledge of garment specing and an understanding of technical details.
* Ladies multiproduct design experience essential; men's or babywear advantageous but not essential.
* Supplier brand or retail background considered.
* Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Previous experience in apparel, either with a supplier or on the retail side.
* A genuine passion for the fashion industry and teamwork.
* A degree in Fashion Design, or equivalent practical industry experience.
* AI‑assisted design capability welcomed but not essential.
