ServiceNow Architect CSM focus Portal
Contract: Full-time, remote from UK, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain
Seeking an experienced CSM architect to support transversal design topics with a focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. Expertise in CSM Portal and integrations required.
Technical & Functional Experience:
* Good knowledge of CSDM
* Awareness of product roadmap
* Knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
* Experience with integrations using scripted APIs and Integration Hub
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform core features (applications, shared capabilities, CMDB)
* Portal management and customization
* Experience with CSM, data exchange, Service Catalog setup
Experience: 10+ years Hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years on CSM & CSM Portal
Skills: Designing, prototyping, problem-solving, communication, proactive support, team player
