Synergise Recruitment Solutions are looking for aCommercial and Residential cleanerfor our client in Newton Abbot on a long term ad-hoc basis.
Own transport would be beneficial due to the nature of this role
Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 7.00am until 2.30pm - Immediate Start Available!
Rate of pay: £12.21ph PAYE
Duties
Clean commercial premises such as offices, retail spaces, and communal areas
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors and surfaces
Cleaning and sanitising toilets, washrooms, and high-touch areas
Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting low stock
Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
Following health and safety guidelines and company procedures
Reporting maintenance issues or damages to supervisors
Providing a professional and friendly service to clients
Requirements
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
A proactive attitude with a drive to deliver high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to varying cleaning tasks and schedules.
