Job Overview

Enterprise Applications Specialist (SAP) – Prestwick, Ayrshire. 37 hours per week (half‑day Friday). Full‑time. Salary: £49,000–£53,000. Site‑based (100%). Travel occasionally required.


Responsibilities

* Act as a member of the application team supporting enterprise applications, including SAP, overseeing system support, governance and performance.
* Coordinate system changes and improvements, including requirements capture, testing, implementation and supplier management.
* Lead or support major application change projects, working with stakeholders to define and deliver system enhancements.
* Monitor system usage, data integrity, access controls and compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
* Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise systems to improve operational efficiency.


Qualifications

* Experience supporting enterprise applications within a manufacturing or industrial environment, including SAP or similar ERP systems.
* Experience leading or coordinating system changes, upgrades or improvement activity within a live business environment.
* Experience working with third‑party IT providers or system vendors to deliver system support and development.
* Competence supporting system governance, data integrity, access control and compliance requirements.
* Awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity.
