Operational Compliance Coordinator - SALARY: Up to £32,961 pa dependent on experience Milton Keynes HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role. As an Operational Compliance Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Operational Compliance Managers and ensuring that our Customer Operations teams are meeting regulatory expectations, business standards and delivering positive customer outcomes.You will be involved in monitoring, risk oversight, and committee support - making this a varied and exciting role for someone who enjoys both analytical and organisational work.What you’ll be doing: Support the design and delivery of the 1LOD Compliance Monitoring Plan Maintain and update operational risk logsCoordinate compliance monitoring reviews, including drafting TORs, gathering data, completing sample reviews and supporting action ownersProvide advice and guidance on compliance related queries via the Operational Compliance inboxPrepare and deliver reporting packs for various governance committeesSupport initial review of policies and procedures to ensure clarity and regulatory complianceCoordinate and minute key Customer Operations committees (e.g., CCF, COBAR), ensuring documentation is produced accurately and on timeSupport the tracking Internal Audit and Compliance action plans through to completion, with the Operational Compliance ManagersWork with Customer Operations and Insights teams to ensure high quality submissions and effective management of risksSupport annual governance activities including Business Continuity where required, RoPAs and Risk AcceptancesWhat you’ll bring: We’re looking for someone who is organised, analytical and confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll need to be comfortable handling complex information, prioritising tasks and working in a busy environmentEssential experience & skills: Experience of researching and interpreting complex informationSome understanding of FCA rules, guidance and frameworksStrong communication skills, able to explain complex matters clearlyExcellent organisational and time management skillsConfidence in working collaboratively across teamsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to reach evidence based conclusionsProficiency with Microsoft platformsA positive, proactive approach to risk, governance and continuous improvementWhat’s in it for you?Bonus: Discretionary 10% on-target bonus (based on personal and Group company performance) Pension: Employer pension contribution of 9% (based on employee contribution of 3%).
