Are you looking to work Monday to Friday, days-only, for a company who will continue to invest in you with extra courses to aid your development? In this role you will be overseeing a small team of 6 Engineers, including Apprentices, playing a large part in the training, coaching and development of them.
You will be planning maintenance schedules, reliability projects, and overall reducing downtime within a busy production site.

This role would suit an Engineer who has experience overseeing a small team, looking for a role involved in maintenance and reliability for a nationally recognised company.
