Description | Salary £46,142 - £51,356, Per annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week | Pro Rata Opportunity to cover a Team Manager role in Skelmersdale Neighbourhood Team, West Lancashire, 37hrs per week. This temporary arrangement is to cover the absence of the post holder for 3 months or until the post holder returns. The post is within the West Neighbourhoods service. This is an excellent chance to step into a leadership position, broaden your experience, and contribute to the continued delivery of high-quality services for older people and those with physical disabilities. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight. Support staff development and wellbeing through supervision and guidance. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, policies, and procedures. Manage resources effectively to meet service priorities and performance targets. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive outcomes for service users. Essential Requirements: Experience in a senior practitioner or supervisory capacity. Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and safeguarding frameworks. Ability to manage workloads and priorities effectively. Why Apply?
