£70,000 - £80,000 PA + benefits
Our client is seeking an experienced Architect to join their growing UK team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of their business as they expand their presence in the UK market.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Providing BRPD (Building Regulations Principal Designer) services, ensuring compliance with building regulations
* Performing CMT (Client Monitoring) work, overseeing construction projects on behalf of clients
* Demonstrating a deep understanding of the full project lifecycle, from design to construction
* Embracing the changes brought about by the Building Safety Act and playing a key role in our BRPD efforts
The ideal candidate will have:
* 10+ years of experience delivering buildings through the construction process
* RIBA qualification, Part 3 and Stage 4
* Expertise in managing procurement, contracts, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams
* A keen interest in the Building Safety Act and a commitment to "doing the right thing"
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
