As our COO, you'll be a vital architect of this transformation. With at least 60% of our workforce within your directorates – including three Regional Managing Directors and a Commercial Services Director running our large in-sourced Home Care teams - some 1,000 people will look to you for inspiring and effective leadership. You will help us define and deliver operational excellence.

You'll join us at a time when we're financially and strategically well-positioned, having successfully navigated significant growth and merger activity while maintaining service quality.
This role offers a platform to influence far beyond Abri's boundaries. We aim to attract and retain the best and most progressive leaders in housing. The COO role is for someone who instinctively understands the sector, is excited about what is possible, who can speak with real authority about service delivery, and who shares our passion for making a difference to people's lives.
