Contribute to strategic initiatives supporting portfolio growth and efficiency. About You 2–4 years’ experience within a reinsurance or speciality insurance environment (underwriting, portfolio, or risk analysis). Strong quantitative and analytical capability, with working knowledge of pricing models, SQL, or Power BI. Experience supporting or directly contributing to deal underwriting and portfolio reporting. Confident communicator, comfortable engaging brokers, clients, and senior stakeholders. Ambitious and commercially minded, eager to transition into a broader underwriting remit. Why Join? This is a unique chance to build underwriting depth at one of the world’s most respected reinsurance platforms. You’ll work directly with CUOs, gain visibility across classes, and help shape a growing European portfolio — blending analytical precision with hands-on underwriting exposure. If you’re ready to step up from portfolio analysis into a high-exposure underwriting role, we’d love to hear from you.
