A growing Legal 500 regional firm
Role
* Work on a broad range of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant, conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals, residential and commercial development
* Advise a range of clients including educational establishments, developers and corporate occupiers with multi-site portfolios
* Play an active role in business development
You
* 5-8 years PQE within commercial property
* Commercially astute and strategically minded
* The successful candidate will be joining a busy, hardworking team and will be expected to deliver exceptional client service
