The business delivers a diverse portfolio of civil engineering works including infrastructure, highways, drainage, groundworks and earthworks projects throughout the Midlands and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities * Managing the commercial delivery of civil engineering projects from inception through to final account. * Preparing applications for payment and managing cash flow. * Valuing variations, change events and additional works. * Subcontract procurement, management and account settlement. * Producing cost reports, forecasts and commercial updates. * Supporting operational teams with commercial advice and guidance. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
