We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals with experience of providing support to a busy team who provide a diverse range of licensing regulatory functions.
You will be expected to work as part of the team which will involve delivering great customer service and working in a target driven environment where the accuracy of complex information is vital.
You will be working with a range of staff and licensed persons and premises where good communication and numeracy skills are essential.

You will be based within our purpose-built, award-winning office accommodation in the town centre which has good public transport links and is currently undergoing multi-million pound regeneration.
The Service operates a public counter service between 8.45am to 4.45pm which the postholder will be expected to cover as directed.
Occasional out of hours work may be required as per the needs of the service.
In accordance with Section 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 this post requires the ability to converse at ease with the members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English.
