Our roles can be flexible around your lifestyle, available either full or part time, with a variety of shift patterns including weekdays and weekends.
Salary: £25,224.18
Shifts: Day/Night shifts: 07:30 - 20:00 & 19:30 - 08:00 on a rota basis, including weekends.

Responsibilities:
* Assist qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual care plans
* Undertake routine tasks to support wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of patients
* Provide practical support with personal needs, ensuring compliance with procedures and legislation
* Observe and monitor patients' wellbeing, referring any concerns to senior staff
* Perform delegated interventions following training, such as observation, escorting patients, and managing de-escalation and violence
* Contribute to a team approach in patient care
* Participate in ward meetings and other relevant meetings
* Assist in maintaining stock levels and ward cleanliness, adhering to infection control policies
* Develop professional relationships with patients, colleagues, and visitors
* Promote a supportive environment for patients, relatives, and carers
* Ensure service users receive quality care that offers value for money
* Handle enquiries courteously and ensure visitors are welcomed and supported
Qualifications and Skills:
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring nature
* Empathy, understanding, and patience
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures
* Proactive in anticipating and responding to challenges
* Fluent in verbal and written English
* A healthcare qualification is desirable but not essential
