They’re hiring a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of a critical part of their platform - the services and systems that enable products, teams, and customer journeys to operate reliably at scale.
This role combines platform strategy with building new services. You’ll be responsible for evolving foundational systems while also identifying and launching new capabilities that unlock future product development.
This isn’t just incremental optimisation - it’s about building and launching new products from the ground up while evolving the platform that powers them. 🚀
What you’ll be working on & why it’s exciting
* ⚙️ Platform capabilities & systems – improve, evolve, and own the backend services and infrastructure that power multiple products and business functions.
* 🚀 New service launches – lead discovery and development of new platform services that enable entirely new product opportunities and future initiatives.
* 🧠 Platform strategy & complex problem-solving – define long-term direction and priorities, untangle dependencies across APIs, services, and internal tooling, and modernise systems to support growth and scalability.
* 🌍Strategic impact – your work will directly influence how the platform evolves to support the business’s growth and enable new capabilities across the organisation.
