Salary: £31,294.60
Must be available to work; evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Please note: To be considered for Team Leader positions you must have previous experience within Residential Children's' Homes and a NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce.

Your Role – Make an Impact Every Day
Team Leader – A leadership role overseeing daily operations, supporting and motivating the team, and ensuring the highest standards of care. Ideal for those with prior leadership experience in the Residential childcare sector. Includes emergency on call responsibilities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Support & Inspire: Build meaningful relationships with young people, helping them grow, heal, and develop confidence.
Lead by Example: Create a positive, respectful, and collaborative environment for both the young people and your team.
Engage & Empower: Organise engaging activities that foster personal development, teamwork, and emotional well-being.
Safeguarding & Advocacy: Ensure the safety, rights, and well-being of the young people, responding swiftly to any concerns.
Team Development: Mentor and support junior staff, helping them grow in their roles.
Collaborate: Work alongside therapists, educators, and external professionals to provide holistic support for each young person.
