I’m partnering with a Global Manufacturing Company to appoint an outstanding Senior Marketing Manager to lead their UK & Ireland operation.

Role Purpose
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will shape, lead and execute a modern, insights‑driven marketing strategy that increases demand, elevates our brand and directly supports commercial growth.
This is a hybrid role that blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, ensuring that every campaign contributes meaningfully to sales pipeline, market share and customer engagement.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Dealer/Channel partners and our global marketing organisation to deliver an integrated and aligned plan.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the integrated marketing plan for UK & Ireland, aligned to business goals, market trends and customer needs.
* Collaborate with global teams to create and localise impactful content for target audiences.
* Strengthen brand positioning through consistent, differentiated communication.
* Build annual campaign calendars covering product launches, dealer initiatives, segment marketing, digital programs and events.
* Develop dealer marketing programmes, campaigns and toolkits to drive local market activation.
* Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of marketing professionals, alongside managing external agencies (PR, Digital, Design, Events).
* Manage the marketing budget with a clear focus on ROI.
* Define KPIs and ensure strong focus on lead management and market visibility.
* Oversee day‑to‑day marketing operations, ensuring campaigns are delivered with excellence.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to create and deliver internal communication strategies.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a successful senior marketing leader, ideally within B2B.
* A confident, energetic and commercially minded leader.
* Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys, dealer/channel ecosystems and solution‑selling.
* Ability to balance long‑term strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
