Description Salary: £31,537 - £33,699 per annum Hours per week: 37 hours Interview date: Tuesday 06 May 2026 If you want a career that makes a genuine difference and gives you a clear route to becoming an Occupational Therapist, this development role in our Reablement Service is an excellent opportunity. You will complete a fully funded three-year Occupational Therapy degree apprenticeship while working within an experienced, supportive and values driven team. Reablement is a short-term, therapist led service that helps people regain skills, confidence and independence after illness, injury or a change in circumstances. You will work directly with individuals in their own homes, providing practical support, equipment and encouragement. The focus is always on what people can achieve, not what they cannot, and on helping them reconnect with meaningful activities that improve their wellbeing and reduce isolation. You will gain hands on experience in varied and impactful situations, guided by Occupational Therapists who are committed to your development. You will be part of a team that values empathy, integrity, trust, compassion and person-centred care. To be eligible for this role, you must be 18 or older, have lived in England for a minimum of three years, and have at least 12 months of relevant experience. You should be fluent in English, motivated to pursue a career as an Occupational Therapist, and meet all essential criteria outlined in the role description, including the required qualifications and UCAS points needed to apply for the Occupational Therapy Degree Apprenticeship. If you want a rewarding career where you can grow your skills and support people to rebuild independence, we would welcome your application.
