Our client is a successful and well-established manufacturer, they are recruiting for a Production Operative / Manufacturing Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will safely operate production line machinery, and load machines with materials. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF: • You are happy to work 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working 12 hour shifts (6.00am - 6.00pm / 6.00pm - 6.00am), both days and nights (2 day, 2 night, 4 off) • You have previous experience in a factory / production / manufacturing environment • You drive and have your own transport • You are comfortable with lifting heavy items up to 25kg, and are generally physically fit Salary: £13.72 per hour starting rate (pay increases as training progresses) + Overtime at x1.5 Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, working 12 hour shifts (6.00am - 6.00pm / 6.00pm - 6.00am), both days and nights (2 day, 2 night, 4 off) You may start off as a trainee Machine Operator, undertaking mostly on-the-job training over a few months.
