Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for flexibility and variety in your working week? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and skilled TAs to support primary schools with scheduled staff absences across the OL12 area.

What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a primary school setting
Confident supporting whole class, small groups, and 1:1
Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to new environments
Knowledge of safeguarding and positive behaviour strategies
A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
