Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Performance Bonus
We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a newly opened children’s residential home, offering a rare opportunity to shape a service from the very beginning with the full backing of a supportive provider.
This role is ideal for an established Registered Manager who is ready to take ownership, build a strong team, and create a high-quality, compliant, and nurturing home for young people.
About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will play a key role in commissioning and developing the home, embedding strong systems, values, and practice from day one. You will be fully supported by the Responsible Individual and wider senior team, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding care and leadership.

What You’ll Need
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children’s Residential Care
* Experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential home
* Involvement in leading or preparing for Ofsted inspections
* Strong knowledge of children’s residential regulations and safeguarding
* Confidence taking accountability for quality, compliance, and outcomes
What You’ll Do
* Support the commissioning and development of the service
* Register with Ofsted and maintain ongoing regulatory compliance
* Lead the day-to-day management of the children’s home
* Recruit, supervise, and develop a high-quality staff team
* Embed strong safeguarding, care planning, and risk management processes
* Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections and monitoring visits
* Maintain oversight of quality, staffing, and performance
