Vacancy Description
The main objective of this role is to provide general administration and customer service support for the Loyalty programme. Sitting within the Customer Loyalty team, this role will be the first point of contact for customer queries (installers) relating to promotional queries and our loyalty programme.
The role is varied and fast-paced, requiring flexibility to support wider sales and marketing initiatives. You will be based in the Sales department, primarily within the Customer Loyalty Team.
Responsibilities include handling all aspects of customer query management, from loyalty scheme management, current campaigns, and promotions to registrations and digital tools (app, dashboard, etc).
Key Focuses:
* Handling installer queries via phone, mailbox, and social media, ensuring responses within 48 hours and improving customer experience.
* Supporting sales team queries through mailbox, phone, and MS Teams to ensure timely responses.
* Providing excellent service by managing communications and expectations effectively with colleagues and installers.
