You’ll drive financial and operational performance while creating an exceptional customer experience that sets our business apart. Working closely with the Head of Business, you’ll help uphold our Brand standards and build strong, collaborative relationships with our Brand partners.
Delivering budgeted financial and operational results while managing resources responsibly.
Building a motivated, engaged team and supporting strong retention across the department.
Operating fully in line with Brand processes and consistently passing audits and mystery shops first time.
Inspiring high performance and positive behaviours that drive the team and business forward.
Ideally, you’ll have experience within a Parts environment and a strong track record of leading, coaching, and influencing others to perform at their best.
You’re confident with numbers and comfortable working with databases, with Kerridge experience an advantage.
Annual leave: 34 days including bank holidays, increasing to 36 days (5 years) and 38 days (10 years)
