Responsibilities
* Tiling
* Carpentry: Door hanging
* Assembling furniture
* Plumbing
* Drainage and flushing
* Fire alarm/door testing
* Grouting and plastering
* Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
Requirements
* Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/residential setting
* Trades qualifications: C and G / NVQ
* Full drivers licence
